Job summary

Flowco Production Solutions in Midland, TX is seeking an IPS Field Service Technician to support both field and yard operations, performing diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment while following company procedures.

You will work with operators from multiple teams, learn new procedures quickly, document activities accurately, adhere to safety standards, and be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and driving a company vehicle when required; schedule includes 40+

Qualifications

• Identify and describe the use of all tube-to-tube and tube to pipe components.
• Maintain shop operations and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, install, and repair related equipment in shop or field.
• Accurately complete all job documentation as required.
• Work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
• Grasp basic mechanical and engineering concepts.
• Work with diverse customer teams from different companies and with varying technical backgrounds.

Requirements:

• Successfully pass a drug test
• Provide U.S. work authorization
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
• Should be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Should be able to learn new procedures and technical processes
• Work in extreme temperatures or adverse weather conditions

Position Details

• Full-Time, Non-Supervisory Role
• Work Schedule: 40+ hours and on-call

Education

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Experience preferred, not required
• Valid Driver License required
