KnowBe4 seeks an operations professional to support the Chief Growth Officer, coordinating across global teams and time zones. You will manage the CGO's calendar, drive follow-through on commitments, and prepare meeting materials with precision.

This role offers exposure to board-level materials, confidential information, and significant growth in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. East Coast-based with travel to hubs, and a flexible, hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong drive, judgment, and coachability are valued.
• Experience supporting senior executives or coordinating across global teams is a plus.
• Excellent written communication; proficient with productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the CGO's operating rhythm; coordinate across global time zones.
• Capture commitments from meetings and drive follow-through.
• Prepare agendas, pre-reads, and briefing materials; ensure readiness for meetings.
• Transform ambiguity into structured plans with clear recommendations.
• Protect the CGO's time by managing calendars, travel, and requests with discernment.
• Plan and manage multi-city domestic and international travel for the leadership team.
