Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. in Hopewell, NJ, seeks an experienced Warehouse Specialist to support cGMP materials management, receiving, put-away, pick/pack, and distribution. You will manage inventory, weigh and dispense activities, and collaborate with supply chain teams.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED with 5+ years in a cGMP/FDA environment, or a bachelor’s degree with 2+ years. Proficiency with SAP or Infor ERP, and experience with SOPs, deviations, change control, and cold

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED with minimum 5+ years in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment.
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in a cGMP/FDA regulated environment.

Responsibilities

Support all cGMP materials management operations (receiving, put-away, pick/pack, distribution).
Perform weigh & dispense functions.
Perform raw material sampling and testing as required.
Collaborate with supply chain teams on receiving and shipping of materials such as testing samples and drug product.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and discrepancy investigation.
Author SOPs, WI forms; participate in deviation investigations and change control.
