Job summary

Charles River is seeking a Technical Training Specialist Analytic Services to develop and coordinate technical training for laboratory staff. You will ensure readiness in cGMP practices, safety, and processes, while maintaining training records and documents.

The role requires 4–6 years in a cGMP lab setting and strong communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office. Collaboration with cross-site teams and auditors is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline.
• 4–6 years in a cGMP laboratory facility with training experience.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to use various software.
• Strong written and verbal communication; public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical training programs for new and existing employees, covering basic to advanced skills incl. protocols, cGMP, safety and procedures.
• Coordinate and schedule technical training for laboratory departments.
• Provide additional training based on trends, gaps, and deficiencies.
• Ensure trainings meet departmental, quality, and regulatory requirements and are documented.
• Manage learning management systems to maintain training records for personnel.
