Job summary

Planet Pharma in Madison, WI is seeking an in-person Training Coordinator to organize and present training on SOPs, cGMP processes, compliance and Environmental Health & Safety to the cGMP BioManufacturing Group. You will help develop content, format training materials, and administer training programs for employees.

The role requires 1–2 years of related laboratory experience and a B.S./B.A. in biology or chemistry.

Qualifications

• BioManufacturing or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
• Clean room and cGMP knowledge required.
• GDP/GLP and good documentation practices familiarity.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Organize and present in-person training on SOPs, cGMP, and EHS.
• Develop and administer training programs for employees.
• Assess training needs for the cGMP Biomanufacturing Group.
• Track training records and generate reports; ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Lead training sessions and support QA SOP training.
