Job summary

Bland Landscaping Company in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Branch Manager for Commercial Grounds Maintenance to lead the CGM branch, oversee admin, production, and sales activities, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of grounds maintenance and landscape installation procedures.
• Staying informed of industry trends and market-specific developments.
• Ability to bend and stoop on a continual basis.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work around environmental risks such as bees, poison ivy, pollen, thorns, and ice.
• Adherence to Bland Landscaping Company, Inc. policies.
• Valid NC Driver’s license with a maintained clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others.
• Active participation in training BLC employees.
• Ability to work well with BLC customers.
• Commitment to pursuing continuing education opportunities.
• Active networking to promote BLC.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and KPI reporting to ensure profitability and quality of service.
• Oversee budgeting, cost controls, and BOSSLM data integrity.
• Hire, train, and evaluate Production Managers and Account Managers; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate sales efforts with Account Managers to meet annual branch goals.
• Ensure safety programs are followed and equipment/assets are properly maintained.
