Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (CFY) for a full-time, on-site contract near Albuquerque, NM. This position supports CFYs completing their fellowship, offering close supervision and mentorship while you develop clinical skills in a school-based setting.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collaborating with teachers and families, and documenting progress to meet school and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be actively completing a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in speech-language pathology
• Eligible for state licensure as an SLP
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children in a school-based setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for student support
