Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility for or current enrollment in a clinical fellowship year (CFY) for speech-language pathology.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, student-centered care.
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs.
• Open to travel candidates able to work on-site during the school year.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals.
• Maintain detailed and accurate session notes and progress documentation.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decisions.
• Receive regular supervision and mentorship to support CFY requirements.
