AMN Healthcare Allied partners with a school district in Carlsbad, NM to hire a Speech Language Pathologist for a Clinical Fellowship School contract. The SLP will assess and treat students, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support academic and communication outcomes.

The role welcomes new graduates and CF-SLP candidates; required: Master’s in SLP, CCC from ASHA, and state licensure to start. The assignment runs 44 weeks at 40 hours weekly with 8-hour days.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• State licensure required to start the assignment.
• CF SLP accepted or new grad accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement IEP goals for students with speech and language needs.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
