Randstad North America is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO NAM) to lead financial strategy across the regional portfolio. You will integrate diverse specialties into a unified growth and value-creating plan, partnering with the NAM Executive Leadership Team to drive performance and shareholder value.

This role demands deep finance leadership, global governance, and talent-focused execution, with a track record in high-volume services, FMCG, or distribution, and mastery of US GAAP, IFRS,

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of progressive finance leadership in large-scale international matrix organizations.
• Extensive experience in high-volume services, FMCG, retail, or distribution with labor-intensive models.
• Mastery of US GAAP, IFRS, and ASPE with deep SOX and internal controls expertise.
• Expertise in Lean, AI, and RPA to drive structural improvement.

Responsibilities

• Optimize top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency with rigorous financial governance across multiple specializations.
• Lead the regional transition to the new operating model and Global Capability Centers.
• Oversee finance domains within a global compliance framework to ensure integrity.
• Champion digital leadership by leveraging automation, analytics, and RPA for scalability.
• Lead regional finance while fostering an inclusive, high-performance talent strategy.
