Qualifications

• Over 15 years of progressive finance leadership within large-scale international matrix organizations.
• Extensive experience in high-volume services, FMCG, retail, or distribution with labor-intensive models.
• Mastery of US GAAP, IFRS, and ASPE with deep internal controls and SOX experience.
• Lean methodologies and integration of AI/RPA to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Optimize top-line growth and bottom-line efficiency through financial governance and commercial excellence.
• Drive adoption of Randstad's new operating model and regional transition to Global Capability Centers.
• Oversee all finance domains within a global compliance framework.
• Champion digital leadership using automation, analytics, and RPA.
• Lead regional finance functions with an inclusive, high-performance talent strategy.
• Deliver timely, accurate financial information to support rigorous analysis and decisions.
• Lead regional business-supporting functions such as procurement, facilities, internal controls, and shared services.
