Centier Bank is seeking a senior financial leader to serve as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing accounting, treasury, and strategic planning. The role emphasizes GAAP reporting, regulatory compliance, and capital strategy, with executive collaboration across the bank’s management team.

The CFO will direct investment and funding strategies, manage liquidity, and drive performance analytics for sustained profitability and growth.

Competenze

• 10+ years of management experience in finance.
• CFO/Deputy CFO experience with a large bank preferred.
• MBA and CPA credentials.
• SOX and FDICIA experience preferred.
• Experience in investment, funding, hedging and capital planning.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with bank goals.
• Oversee multi-year budgeting, forecasting, and planning.
• Lead accounting and treasury functions including cash flow management.
• Provide executive leadership for strategic planning and continuous improvement.
• Lead balance sheet optimization and interest rate risk analysis; present to Board/regulators.
• Deliver profitability analyses by line of business and products.
• Ensure CECL/ALLL compliance frameworks.
• Direct interest rate risk modeling and liquidity stress testing.
• Collaborate with Board and regulators; present analyses.
• Coach and mentor future leaders; serve on ALCO.
