Candidate has extensive experience in lending, investment portfolio management, and M&A, with MBA and CPA credentials. The role demands strategic insight and leadership to drive profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership and management experience in finance
• Extensive background in financial analysis and reporting
• Experience with regulatory reporting, M&A, and portfolio management
• Strong knowledge of interest rate risk, liquidity, and capital markets
• Familiarity with regulators, valuation firms, and rating agencies
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial strategies to maximize profitability and growth
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal planning
• Lead treasury, cash flow, capital management, and liquidity
• Provide strategic planning aligned with organizational goals
• Lead balance sheet optimization and rate-risk management; present to Board
• Analyze profitability by line of business, product, and branch
• Ensure CECL/ALLL compliance
• Direct interest rate risk modeling and liquidity stress testing
• Support ALCO meetings and coordinate with auditors and regulators
