Job summary

Distribution and Private Label manufacturing conglomerate across medical supplies, retail and food seeks a technology-savvy Vice President Finance or CFO with 10+ years in financial leadership, preferably in distribution or manufacturing, to lead end-to-end finance, treasury, FP&A, forecasting, and risk.

This role reports to the CEO and will shape the financial, operational, and talent infrastructure for long-term growth across locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of financial leadership in a distribution/manufacturing setting.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and reporting skills.
• Experience with multi-warehouse, multi-entity operations.
• Proven ability to design and implement financial systems.
• Strategic thinker with an ownership mindset.
• Mature stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Create and enforce budgeting process, cash forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Develop unit economics by customer, channel, SKU, warehouse, and sales rep.
• Deliver monthly business reviews and a weekly operating scorecard.
• Translate enterprise strategy into financial targets aligned with EOS framework.
• Manage cash, banking relationships, lines of credit, and debt.
• Drive working capital across receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Lead capital structure planning to support growth and financing.
• Oversee ERP configuration, customization, and roadmap.
• Build BI/reporting infrastructure for real-time decision making.
• Maintain risk register, continuity plan, and disaster recovery.
• Establish contract review framework and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Recruit and develop Finance, Accounting, and HR teams.
