Job summary

Distribution and Manufacturing conglomerate across the medical supplies, retail and food verticals seeks a technology savvy Chief Financial Officer with 10+ years of financial leadership to oversee finance, accounting, treasury, FP&A, forecasting, risk, cost analysis, process automation and operational strategy for the company.

The successful candidate will report to the CEO and be an integral part of the senior leadership team, responsible for building the financial systems, controls, reporting

Qualifications

• 10+ years financial leadership or CFO experience in distribution/manufacturing or similar industry.
• Strong accounting experience, GAAP understanding, and forecasting from actuals.
• Experience managing multi-warehouse, multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities

• Create and enforce budgeting, cash forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Develop unit economics by customer, channel, SKU, warehouse, and sales rep.
• Deliver monthly reviews and a weekly operating scorecard for leaders.
• Translate strategy into financial targets aligned with EOS framework.
• Manage cash, lines of credit, debt, and asset-based financing.
• Lead ERP governance and build BI reporting for real-time decisions.
• Oversee risk, business continuity, and disaster recovery across locations.
• Build and lead Finance, Accounting, and HR teams.
