Bose Corporation in Framingham, MA seeks a Sr. Director of Finance for the Audio Technology BU. You will serve as the BU's CFO, partnering with the BU leader and cross‑functional teams to shape strategy, capital allocation, pricing, licensing, and long‑term value creation.

The role requires 15+ years of progressive finance experience in software/tech, strong modeling and KPI skills, and experience scaling high‑growth digital businesses. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience in senior FP&A, strategic finance, or CFO‑equivalent roles.
• Deep understanding of software and technology business models, including recurring revenue and licensing.
• Experience scaling software, SaaS, platform, or digital businesses.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to the Audio Tech BU leader; shape strategy, operating priorities, investments, and value creation.
• Own financial planning cadence: annual plan, long-range plan, rolling forecasts, and performance dashboards.
