Job summary

Bose Professional, a leader in the professional audio industry, is seeking an FP&A Manager to support the corporate FP&A function. This role partners with the Sr. Director of FP&A and CFO to enhance financial infrastructure and provide insights to achieve financial goals.

The position involves monthly and quarterly reporting to the leadership team and Board, plus ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards to drive profitable growth. Hybrid work in Hopkinton, MA is offered.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of FP&A, investment banking, or private equity experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in financial planning and analysis tools and systems; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly reporting and quarterly reporting to leadership and Board of Directors.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analyses and scenario modeling.
• Manage 3-statement financial model, 13-week cash flow forecast, liquidity and covenant reporting.
• Develop and maintain executive and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee annual budget process with department heads to set targets and identify growth opportunities.
• Drive improvements in FP&A processes, tools, and reporting methodologies.
• Support Sr. Director of FP&A and CFO in building core FP&A infrastructure.
