Bose Corporation in Framingham, Massachusetts, seeks a Senior Audio Systems Engineer to lead cross‑functional product development for audio technology and sensor solutions. You will serve as the primary technical liaison across engineering, management, business development, finance, legal, marketing, and external partners.

This senior role requires hands-on firmware, DSP, and algorithm work with a focus on system‑level audio processing, AI/ML, and delivering high‑impact Bose products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of engineering experience in firmware, DSP, and algorithm development.
• 2+ years of leading successful cross-functional engineering teams.
• B.S. degree in Software, Electrical Engineering, or related field; graduate degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to run a highly technical team of multi-disciplinary engineers.
• Proven track record of systems engineering for sophisticated electronics devices.
• Experience building AI/ML solutions for audio products.
• Hands-on firmware (C) and real-time audio DSP development experience.
• Experience with system-level audio processing architecture, design, tuning, and testing.
• Experience with DSP algorithm design, optimization, and validation using Matlab, Simulink, or similar.
• Development and deployment of software or algorithms as products.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex audio products.
• Interface with internal experts, program management, and customers.
• Drive feasibility, design, and validation of software/algorithms for Bose devices.
• Coordinate engineering work streams with external partners and contract manufacturers.
• Ensure development processes and documentation meet Bose and partner requirements.
