Job summary

NOW CFO is partnering with a privately held professional services client to identify its next Chief Financial Officer in Denver with a hybrid work model. You will lead finance, accounting, FP&A, HR, contract administration, and serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board.

Candidates should have 15+ years of progressive financial leadership, a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, and experience in professional services or project-based settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, accounting, or finance.
• 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Experience leading finance in professional services or project-based environments.
• Track record of supporting organic growth and international expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, accounting, FP&A, HR, and contract administration.
• Provide strategic partnership to CEO and Board.
• Oversee multi-entity accounting, currency, tax, and transfer pricing.
• Deliver timely financial reporting with strong internal controls.
