Job summary

Bank of America invites outstanding undergraduates to participate in the Finance Management Summer Analyst Program (FMAP). This 10-week internship offers exposure to financial reporting, planning and analysis, treasury, and internal controls within the CFO Group.

Interns will engage with senior leaders, receive formal training, mentorship, and networking opportunities across multiple finance teams. Participants gain hands-on experience through a structured schedule, including data literacy

Qualifications

Current undergraduate or accelerated (4+1) degree student
Expected graduation between Nov 2027 and Aug 2028
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables)
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate
Leadership through student orgs, internships, or projects

Responsibilities

Takes proactive approach to learning
Forecasts financial and non-financial trends, builds models, and conducts financial analysis of business investments
Supports internal financial planning and management accounting functions
Presents financial data and analysis to business partners
Evaluates opportunities for process improvements across the CFO Group
Networks with finance executives and key stakeholders across lines of business
