Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated (4+1) degree program with a graduation date between Nov 2026 and Aug 2027.
• Preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Common areas of study include accounting, finance, economics, business administration, mathematics/statistics, data analytics, information systems (with finance focus).
• Basic financial and accounting knowledge (understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the Finance Management Analyst Program (FMAP) during two-year rotations focusing on financial and management accounting, corporate and strategic finance, and internal treasury functions within the CFO Group.
• Partners with internal business functions to develop knowledge across CFO functional areas and a broad skill set.
• Works on projects, research, and activities to build business acumen and intellectual curiosity.
• Training and development are provided with formal sessions, mentorship, and events throughout the program.
• Presents financial data and analysis to business partners and key stakeholders; supports financial planning and management accounting functions.
