The Finance Management Analyst Program (also referred to as FMAP) will introduce you to Bank of America and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Group. The CFO Group is responsible for the overall financial management of our company – financial and regulatory reporting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, treasury, accounting, investor relations, corporate investments, and tax.
Finance Management Analyst Program Overview:
This job is responsible for participating in the Finance Management Analyst Program (FMAP), a two-year rotational development program focusing on financial and management accounting, corporate and strategic finance, and internal treasury functions within the CFO Group. Key responsibilities include partnering with different internal business functions to develop a solid knowledge base of the CFO functional areas and a broad range of skills. Job expectations include working on projects, research, and activities designed to build business acumen and demonstrate intellectual curiosity. When analysts complete the program, they have a better idea of areas they are interested in within CFO and have a unique set of skills to take with them to their next role.
Training and development are our top priority with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on-the-job support, events, and mentorship throughout.
