Confidential, a high-growth, US-listed advanced manufacturing company, seeks a proven Chief Financial Officer. The role combines technical finance with strategic business leadership to scale the organization post-listing and drive international expansion.

The CFO will own SEC reporting, capital structure, investor relations and the development of a robust finance organization to support aggressive growth while maintaining stringent governance and controls.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Chief Financial Officer of a Nasdaq or NYSE-listed company.
• Deep experience with SEC reporting, public-company audits, disclosure controls and board-level financial reporting.
• Experience working with audit committees and independent directors.
• Strong command of US GAAP, internal control over financial reporting and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Proven ability to build or transform a finance organization in a newly listed, rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, public-company reporting, capital allocation, and M&A.
• Oversee financial planning, accounting, treasury, tax, reporting, controls and risk management.
• Own SEC filings (10-K/10-Q/8-K) and ensure timely public disclosures.
• Build scalable finance infrastructure to support international growth and governance.
• Partner with operations for cost visibility, manufacturing margins and working capital.
