Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Experience building financial systems, controls, and operational processes.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
• Proven ability to partner with executive leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Manage cash flow, reserves, and long-term financial sustainability.
• Support executive leadership with financial insights and strategic analysis.
• Oversee procurement and vendor contract processes.
• Oversee enterprise systems ownership including CRM and grants management.
• Build scalable operational infrastructure and governance of enterprise systems.
• Align fundraising processes with financial reporting and forecasting.
• Ensure alignment between funding sources and organizational priorities.
