Umoja Health is seeking a hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead our next growth phase. The role requires daily on-site presence at North Houston, TX or Bolingbrook, IL, with relocation support for the right candidate.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will partner with the leadership team, board, and investors to improve financial performance, strengthen accountability, and support strategic expansion.

Formación

• Proven CFO or senior finance leadership in inventory-based businesses.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to translate financial analysis into actionable business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across divisions.
• Drive profitability visibility, pricing, margins and customer profitability.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, inventory economics, and banking relations.
