Asurion seeks an exceptional Executive Business Partner to serve as a trusted strategic partner to the CFO. This high-visibility role manages information flow, board and investor operations, and organizational complexity with discretion and judgment.

The role supports senior finance leadership with a balance of professional and personal time, coordinating a comprehensive operating rhythm and cross-functional collaboration. Strong communication and strategic influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years of executive-level support, preferably for CFOs or C-suite finance leaders.
• Experience with board portal platforms (Diligent, Boardvantage or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to draft executive-level content in a senior leader's voice.
• Proficiency with AI productivity tools and modern collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Notion).
• Demonstrated strategic judgment and influence across a large organization.

Responsibilities

• Strategic calendar management with prioritization and privacy for CFO.
• Prepare comprehensive pre-meeting briefings and context for discussions.
• Support CFO board and Audit Committee materials, timelines, and communications.
• Coordinate investor, lender, and external stakeholder engagements.
• Manage gatekeepers and optimize access to the CFO across stakeholders.
• Oversee travel logistics, visas, and contingency planning for domestic and international travel.
• Develop meeting agendas, capture notes, and track action items and deadlines.
• Support finance operating rhythm including close, budgeting, and reviews.
• Provide calm crisis response for high-stakes scheduling or communications.
• Leverage AI tools and modern platforms to enhance productivity.
