Responsibilities

• Serve as CFO for evergreen private markets offering platform within XIG, interacting with Co-CEOs and Lead Portfolio Managers.
• Oversee SEC filings, SOX certifications, audits and regulatory filings.
• Oversee valuation process for family of evergreen funds in collaboration with Controllers and Lead PMs.
• Ensure compliance with 40 Act and RIC requirements; support liquidity and tender offer processes.
• Prepare Board materials and present to the Board on oversight of evergreen funds.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or an MBA; CPA preferred.
