Bridgepoint Consulting is seeking a CFO Consultant to lead transformational finance, accounting, and technology initiatives for growing mid-market clients. You will partner with executive teams to professionalize Finance & Accounting, build scalable processes, and drive operational excellence across domestic and international teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience with emerging and growth-stage middle market companies delivering transformational change.
• 5+ years of CFO experience with emerging and growth-stage middle market companies with proven delivery of transformational change.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Willingness to travel throughout your local market, while occasionally supporting national markets.
• Strong desire for consulting-style work and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department.
• Solid track record of developing and optimizing the accounting and finance functions to support growth and scalability.
• Interpersonal skills to develop effective interdepartmental relationships; IT, HR, Operations department oversight is a plus.
• Proficient understanding of budgeting and forecasting with complex, dynamic financial models.
• Experience maintaining and/or implementing effective internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute on strategic initiatives with company executives.
• Lead finance transformations and implement improved reporting, forecasting and controls for domestic and global organizations.
• Oversee accounting department operations and design scalable structures.
• Manage accounting teams—domestic and international.
• Create and present budgeting/forecasting with dynamic financial models.
• Produce financial models, develop business plans, and prepare investor decks.
• Deliver senior financial management services at a hands-on level.
• Adapt to various client environments and communicate effectively at all levels.
