You will partner with executives and advisory teams to enable growth and scale, delivering high-quality financial operations support.

You will travel within the local market and support national engagements as needed, contributing to process improvements, budgeting, and internal control enhancements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Controller.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Willingness to travel within local market, with occasional national support.
• Strong consulting mindset and focus on client service.
• Experience leading and managing an accounting department.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior financial management and accounting services to clients.
• Collaborate with CFOs, CEOs, investors, and advisory teams to drive client success.
• Help clients implement growth initiatives, new processes, and internal controls.
