Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a Controller Consultant to join our Financial Operations practice in Boston. You will serve as a strategic partner, supporting interim and project-based accounting needs for growing companies and helping implement scalable processes.

You will collaborate with CFOs, CEOs and investors, driving growth initiatives and ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience with a minimum of 3 years as a Controller.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Willingness to travel within your local market, while occasionally supporting national markets.
• Experience leading and managing operations of an accounting department.
• Strong budgeting/forecasting with complex, dynamic financial models.
• Interpersonal skills to develop effective interdepartmental relationships; IT, HR, Operations oversight is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients by providing critical senior financial management and accounting services while delivering the highest level of professionalism and client service.
• Partner with a variety of individuals to achieve client success, including CFOs, CEOs, executive teams, bankers, private equity firms, legal advisors, tax advisors, and investors.
• Help companies execute growth strategies, take on new initiatives, and implement processes and improvements.
