Job summary

MRINetwork seeks a Chief Financial Officer for a growing financial institution in California. The role oversees Accounting and all financial operations, ensuring GAAP and regulatory compliance while driving strategic and capital planning. Relocation assistance is offered for the right candidate.

The CFO will manage investments, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and develop strong internal controls with a supervisory team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in accounting, business administration, or related field
• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in public accounting or community banking environment

Responsibilities

• Lead financial executive overseeing the Bank's Accounting Department and financial operations
• Ensure GAAP, tax and regulatory compliance to accurately reflect financial position
• Participate in strategic plans and capital planning for the Bank
• Manage investments to meet liquidity and income objectives; conduct financial and management reporting; forecast and budgeting
• Plan and execute processes related to capital and asset/liability structure
• Develop, implement, and monitor accounting policies, procedures, practices and internal controls
• Perform supervisory duties and coordinate staff for coverage in related department areas

Education
