Baker Tilly is seeking an experienced Manager to join the CFO Accounting Advisory practice and support financial reporting improvements for CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors. This role spans GAAP advisory, analytics, and transaction support, serving various industries and clients from emerging to public.

The candidate will supervise staff, engage with senior management and partners, and contribute to business development while maintaining high ethical standards in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory service line.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Knowledge of GAAP advisory knowledge and application.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in projects focused on GAAP Advisory, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Transaction Support, Program/Project Management.
• Supervise, develop and train staff on engagements.
• Interact directly with senior managers and partners on client engagements.
• Strengthen client relationships and develop new business opportunities by delivering outstanding client service.
• Assist with recruiting activities including campus recruiting and referrals.
• Demonstrate excellent team skills and high ethical standards.
