Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit or advisory services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• Knowledge of GAAP advisory and analytics tools.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau a plus.
• Strong modeling and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff on engagements and contribute to project work.
• Interact with senior managers and partners on engagement management.
• Strengthen client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Communicate with owners, executives, investors, and lenders to ensure service.
• Support recruiting and participate in campus recruiting and referrals.
• Demonstrate high ethical standards and teamwork.
