Job summary

Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC) seeks a full-time HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units for residential and commercial customers within the LWMC community in Montgomery County.

The role requires CFC certification, Maryland Journeyman HVAC license, a valid driver's license, and 3–5 years of HVAC experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with on-call duties and a 40-hour work week. Competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of HVAC maintenance/installation/service experience.
• CFC certification and/or license for refrigerant handling required.
• Maryland Journeyman HVAC license and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems safely and per specs.
• Diagnose malfunctions by testing machinery and equipment.
• Inspect and repair wiring, plumbing and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance on cooling and refrigeration systems.
• Document equipment details and costs; complete work orders.
