Job summary

Chick-fil-A Blakeney in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Leader to guide a hospitality team in a fast-paced environment. You will develop leadership skills while delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding Chick-fil-A values.

This role offers flexible scheduling (8- and 10-hour shifts), the opportunity to supervise daily operations, and opportunities for growth. You will mentor teammates, manage resources, and ensure excellent service during all shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of leadership experience in a management role, restaurant experience a plus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Availability for on-site work at our location 10001 Rea Rd Charlotte NC, 28277
• 1 years or more of leadership experience in a management role, in the restaurant industry a plus.
• Able and willing to work 30-40 hours per week with a flexible schedule to cover all day parts (open, mid, close) including two nights closing..
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, reliability, honesty, communication, attention to detail, coaching mentality with a heart for serving others.
• Ability to take initiative and possess skills for problem solving and conflict resolution with guests and team members.
• Ability to work outside
• Ability to lead and coach others with care
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
