Job summary

GAL AeroStaff Ltd. is seeking experienced Aircraft Engine Technicians to support regional aircraft engine maintenance operations in St. Louis, MO. The role focuses on hands-on turbine engine maintenance within commercial airline, regional jet, or MRO environments.

Responsibilities include inspection, troubleshooting, component removal/installation, and documentation in adherence to FAA regulations and company quality standards. High attention to safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
Aircraft engine maintenance experience required.
CF34 engine experience strongly preferred.
CRJ or regional jet maintenance experience preferred.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, inspections, repairs, and troubleshooting on aircraft engines and related components.
Perform engine component removal and installation.
Inspect engine components for wear, damage, and serviceability.
Troubleshoot engine discrepancies and determine corrective actions.
Perform scheduled and unscheduled engine maintenance.
Read and interpret engine maintenance manuals, technical publications, and engineering documentation.
Use precision measuring tools and maintenance equipment as required.
Perform operational and functional checks following maintenance activities.
Accurately document all maintenance and repair activities.
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
