GA Telesis, a global aviation solutions provider, seeks an experienced Jet Engine Mechanic in Wilmington, Ohio, to join the GATES engine shop's disassembly and assembly line. This full-time permanent role focuses on CF6 and CFM engine work in a technically advanced environment.

The ideal candidate holds CF34 A&P certification, has engine overhaul experience, and can provide on-wing support. Strong reading of maintenance manuals and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have CF34 experience and A&P certification.
• Experience with jet engine assembly, disassembly, and overhaul.
• Airframe and Powerplant license under 14 CFR Part 65.
• Able to read and interpret maintenance manuals and drawings.
• Strong teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced shop.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and assemble CF6 and CFM engines per data.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and on-wing support as needed.
• Maintain shop equipment and tools in serviceable condition.
• Record work and perform operational checks after completion.
• Suggest revisions to procedures or documents as needed.
