Job summary

StandardAero, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engine Mechanic to maintain, repair and overhaul aircraft engines and components. You will use precision measuring tools, follow FAA regulations, and cross-train as needed to support production.

Responsibilities include disassembly/assembly, troubleshooting, and ensuring documentation accuracy. Travel up to 25% may be required in this role and a strong attention to safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions.
• Must have or obtain FAA A&P license within 1 year.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and precision in handling engine components.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair turbine engines on or off-wing.
• Disassemble/assemble turbine engines per procedures using standard tools.
• Inspect engine parts for defects using precision measuring instruments.
• Document work using the applicable database system.
• Maintain cleanliness and participate in general facility maintenance.
