Job summary

CORA Services is a dynamic nonprofit in Philadelphia providing school-based SLT services in over 100 non-public and charter schools. We seek a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2027 school year, with CFs encouraged to apply and a strong mentorship culture.

Positions are full-time or part-time for 10 months, with a starting salary of $57,000. Flexible caseloads feature limited paperwork, with no IEPs, and opportunities to build clinical skills across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Pathology or related field.
• PA Dept of Education School Certification is required.
• ASHA CCC is preferred but not required.
• Ability to build strong relationships with school staff, interns and clients.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and independent work skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide screening and diagnostic services for students; select, administer, score and interpret measures.
• Plan interventions, write therapy goals, collect data and prepare reports.
• Manage caseload and schedule therapy sessions (1:1 and small groups).
• Make referrals beyond CORA’s scope as needed.
• Adhere to program guidelines and maintain a consistent school schedule.
• Perform other relevant duties as assigned.
