Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to provide school-based therapy in a public school setting. This W2 opportunity supports students with communication disorders, offers CF supervision, and complies with ASHA/state guidelines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility in progress).
• CF supervision available and aligned with ASHA guidelines.
• Educator/Teacher Certification if required by state.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat students with articulation, language, fluency, or voice disorders.
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Write measurable goals and track progress.
• Support students using AAC devices and strategies.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers and families.
• Maintain required documentation and adhere to school/state policies.
• Apply best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
