Jump Ahead Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow (CF) for a full-time, school-based position near Elizabeth, NJ. The role offers an exclusive school assignment with no travel and pay of $60–$65 per hour, including prep, documentation, and lunch.

Qualifications

• New Jersey State License required.
• New Jersey School Certification required (CF: school certification suffices).
• Full-time, school-based position with guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapy sessions to support communication and language development
• Track student progress and adjust goals and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
