Job summary

Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain Chapter (IECRM) seeks a Continuing Education & Compliance Coordinator to support the Training Department in planning, scheduling and delivering CEU and Career College courses, both in-class and online. The role collaborates on new delivery models and ensures licensure compliance across states with the Compliance Manager.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated.
• Excellent service-driven, customer-focused skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
• Experience with database technologies.
• Residential, commercial, and/or industrial electrical knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all CEUs, Career College Classes and Instructor documentation is current and maintained per DORA/CDHE guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with reciprocal states on electrical license requirements with the Compliance Manager.
• Collaborate with Training Director to implement new models for continuing education delivery.
• Manage scheduling and outreach of CEU classes and communicate with instructors, students, and members.
• Maintain classroom needs, including A/V requirements.
• Coordinate with Education & Workforce Development Coordinator on outreach for career fairs and workforce programs.
• Assist in outreach programs, attendance planning and event coordination.
• Collaborate with IECRM staff to complete CEU, Career College, licensure and reciprocity tasks on time.
