Job summary

IECRM (Rocky Mountain Independent Electrical Contractors, Inc.) is looking for a Continuing Education & Compliance Coordinator to support the Training Department with CEU and Career College course planning, scheduling, and delivery. The role covers in-class and online formats, coordination of licenses, and reciprocal state compliance with regulatory bodies.

The position oversees AV needs, material procurement, and documentation, while collaborating on grant opportunities and workforce

• Strong communication skills and extremely self-motivated

• Experience with database technologies

Responsibilities

• Support IECRM Training Department by planning, scheduling and implementing CEU and Career College courses
• Coordinate room setup and A/V requirements for classes
• Manage registration process and timely distribution of certificates
• Assist outreach for workforce development programs and events
• Collaborate on grant development and reporting requirements
• Maintain classroom needs including supplies and instructional materials
• Communicate with contractor members and industry partners on CEU initiatives
• Assist in events and schedule coordination with multiple departments
