Job summary

UEI College is seeking an Associate Director of Education to support the Director of Education in leading the campus Education Team and delivering quality programs aimed at improving retention, completion, and licensure outcomes. The role emphasizes compliance, recruitment, and ongoing instructor development.

Responsibilities include supervising instructor files, observing teaching, coordinating class schedules, and driving student success metrics while collaborating with education and career

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year education management and administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years of instruction experience.
• Experience in teaching, curriculum development, and education administration.
• Proficient computer and information technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Comply with applicable laws, accreditor standards, and institutional policies.
• Supervise instructor file management and ensure onboarding paperwork is filed timely.
• Monitor instructor documentation and maintain active quarterly requirements.
• Assist with daily instructor check outs to ensure grades and attendance are posted.
• Assist the Director of Education with instructor recruitment and training.
• Conduct classroom observations and ongoing formal observations.
• Monitor campus metrics related to completion, graduation, and licensure goals.
• Prepare and optimize class schedules and classroom utilization.
• Manage the student LOA/ITR process.
• Schedule Save Our Student meetings with education and career services staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
