Compensation

Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and incentivize performance while providing stability and growth opportunities within our organization. YouFit offers competitive packages, including base pay, session rates, and opportunities for additional earnings through commissions and bonuses. This position begins as part-time but can develop into a full-time role based on client volume.

Core Job Duties

• Client Support: Help clients reach their health and fitness goals with personalized programs.
• Motivation: Inspire and motivate clients through goal setting, follow-ups, and reassessments.
• Training Sessions: Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Fitness Assessments: Perform three assessments per week with prospective clients.
• Sales & KPIs: Maintain sales and performance targets.
• Session Goals: Aim for at least 80 session completions per month.
• Positive Environment: Foster an enjoyable atmosphere for everyone.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent service to keep members engaged.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer issues effectively and positively.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrate intermediate proficiency with relevant software and technology.
• Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold an NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or a degree in Exercise Science.
• Maintain CPR/AED certification.
• Effective English communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Passionate about fitness and committed to excellent customer service.
• Proficient in multitasking, self-motivated, and hardworking.
• Dedicated to ongoing personal development.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to talk or hear regularly; involves active movement, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stooping.
• Travel may be required.
