Your Purpose

Compensation

We offer competitive packages that include base pay, session rates, and opportunities for commissions and bonuses. The position starts as part-time and may develop into full-time based on client engagement.

Core Job Duties

• Support clients with personalized fitness programs.
• Motivate clients through goal setting and follow-ups.
• Conduct personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Perform fitness assessments regularly.
• Maintain sales and performance KPIs.
• Achieve at least 80 session completions per month.
• Create a positive environment for members and staff.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Resolve customer issues effectively.
• Demonstrate intermediate computer skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or related degree.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Effective English communication skills; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Passion for fitness and customer service.
• Ability to multitask and self-motivate.
• Commitment to personal development.

Physical Demands

• Active role requiring talking, hearing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and stooping.
• Travel may be required.
