Compensation

Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and incentivize performance while providing stability and growth opportunities within our organization. YouFit offers competitive compensation packages, including base pay, session rates, and additional earnings through commissions and bonuses. This position starts as part-time but can develop into a full-time role based on your client base.

Core Job Duties

1. Client Support: Help clients reach their health and fitness goals with personalized fitness programs.
2. Motivation: Inspire and motivate clients through goal setting, follow-ups, and reassessments.
3. Training Sessions: Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
4. Fitness Assessments: Perform three fitness assessments per week with prospective clients.
5. Sales & KPIs: Maintain sales and key performance indicators.
6. Session Goals: Meet or exceed 80 session completions per month.
7. Positive Environment: Foster an enjoyable environment for employees, members, and guests.
8. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to keep members and clients engaged.
9. Issue Resolution: Make effective decisions to resolve customer service issues positively.
10. Computer Literacy: Demonstrate intermediate computer literacy skills for job-related software and technology.
11. Additional Duties: Perform other job-related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Position Requirements

1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
2. NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or Exercise Science-related degree.
3. Maintain CPR / AED certification.
4. Effective English communication skills; fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
5. Passionate about fitness and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
6. Proficient in multitasking, self-motivated, and possess a strong work ethic.
7. Committed to continuous personal development.

Physical Demands

1. The physical demands include active talking/hearing, bending, lifting (up to 50 pounds), and stooping.
2. Travel may be required at times.
