Compensation

Our compensation structure is designed to recognize and incentivize performance while providing stability and growth opportunities. Compensation packages are competitive and typically include base pay, session rates, and opportunities for additional earnings through commissions and bonuses. This position begins as part-time but can develop into full-time based on client numbers.

Core Job Duties

• Client Support: Help clients reach their health and fitness goals with personalized programs.
• Motivation: Inspire and motivate clients through goal setting, follow-ups, and reassessments.
• Training Sessions: Conduct engaging personal training sessions and small group classes.
• Fitness Assessments: Perform three assessments per week with prospective clients.
• Sales & KPIs: Maintain sales and key performance indicators.
• Session Goals: Meet or exceed 80 session completions per month.
• Positive Environment: Foster an enjoyable environment for everyone.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent service to keep members engaged.
• Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues effectively and positively.
• Computer Literacy: Demonstrate intermediate skills for software and technology use.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• NCAA Personal Trainer Certification or related degree in Exercise Science.
• Maintain CPR/AED certification.
• Effective English communication skills; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Passionate about fitness and committed to excellent customer service.
• Proficient in multitasking, self-motivated, and hardworking.
• Dedicated to ongoing personal development.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to talk or hear; active role involving bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and stooping.
• Travel may be required.
