Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a Full-time Certified Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team at Eastern Correctional Institution in Westover, Maryland. This role involves assessing and treating various wounds and working with staff to promote effective healing.

Ideal candidates will have an active RN license in Maryland, completion of a WOC Nursing Education Program or Wound Care Certification, and a preference for candidates with experience in corrections. The position offers a full-time schedule with extensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) match, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years (in the past five years) work experience as an RN preferred in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility.
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assess deep wounds, skin tears, ostomies, severe burns, pressure injuries, bedsores, and diabetic foot wounds.

We are currently seeking a Full-time Certified Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Eastern Correctional Institution (ECI) located in Westover, Maryland.
