Job summary

Nprodigy seeks an experienced Workday Functional Integration Consultant to design, implement, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and Tecsys in a healthcare supply chain environment. You will translate business requirements into integration specifications and support end-to-end processes from procurement to financials.

The role requires strong Workday SCM, Procurement, Inventory, and Financial Management expertise, plus hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and web services.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Workday Functional Consultant or Workday Functional Integration Consultant.
• Strong functional experience with Workday Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Supplier Management, Inventory, and Financial Management.
• Experience implementing or supporting integrations between Workday and external enterprise systems.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional integration specifications and data mappings.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional requirements gathering, analysis, design, and validation for inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and Tecsys.
• Collaborate with integration developers, solution architects, and business stakeholders to define interface requirements, business rules, data mappings, and process workflows.
• Provide Workday functional expertise across Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Management, and Financial Management.
• Define system-of-record ownership, data validation requirements, and transaction processing rules across both platforms.
• Develop functional design specifications, field mappings, transformation requirements, and exception-handling processes.
• Ensure integrations align with Workday business processes, security requirements, approval workflows, and organizational structures.
• Support the design, validation, and implementation of Workday-to-Tecsys master data integrations, including divisions, manufacturers, vendors, replenishment groups, item master, vendor items, and customers.
